Take a Look at the JourneyPure Paducah Campus
We aim to help patients and their families get the drug and alcohol addiction treatment they need and deserve. We do so by providing evidence-based treatments along with dual diagnosis to address co-occurring mental health issues and root out the underlying triggers causing the patient to abuse substances. Our care goes beyond addiction cessation to offer practical skills required to successfully re-enter everyday life.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Dual diagnosis is a comprehensive therapeutic approach that uses a process known as an integrated intervention. This process focuses on providing treatment for both substance abuse and mental health at the same time, as opposed to splitting them up and only managing one at a time. As with any other form of treatment, the level of one’s care will depend on his or her individual needs.
Learn MoreEvidence-Based Treatment
Our Evidence-Based Treatment In Paducah Kentucky has proven to be highly beneficial for those who willingly participate. Not only can evidence-based treatment in Paducah help individuals get to the core of their personal addiction, but it can also help those around him or her get the care that they need, too.

Care You Can Count On
We here at JourneyPure Paducah provide an additional level of Outpatient Treatment (OP), one that is even less structured and involves group and individual therapy programming. Outpatient Treatment can be individualized to meet the needs, motivations, and personality of each participant, based on a collaborative treatment approach.

Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient Treatment requires a minimum of two hours of therapy and regular attendance of support groups per week. It is treatment suited for people with less serious, short-term addictions who would rather begin work on their recovery now, before addiction’s negative life effects become insurmountable.

Tim S
Director of Marketing | JourneyPure
Clean date: March 4, 2010
"I've been sober since March 4 2010. Without my sobriety I would have nothing. I feel that it's a privilege to work with other people who are starting their journey in recovery. Before I got sober, I didn't think I would ever have fun again. Now I get a chance to show other people how enjoyable life can really be. It means the world to me. It's the most important thing I can do with my life."

Molly M
Lead Marketing Strategist | JourneyPure
Clean Since: September 7th, 2015
"Before I got sober, I had lost all hope in life. I couldn’t see a future for myself in any capacity apart from perpetual addiction. Sobriety has been the greatest gift I could ever ask for. There is no greater feeling to me than helping others see a new, better way of life. Watching the lights turn on behind someone's eyes when they get sober and realize how good life can be is the most rewarding experience. It is an honor to be able to help fellow addicts and alcoholics reach their goals and learn to laugh again."

"Helping other alcoholics and drug addicts through the recovery process has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. It is truly a blessing to see the light come on in their eyes as they start to put their lives back together."

Years Clean: 10
"I’m passionate about getting people sober for many reasons. First, many years ago an organization dropped what they were doing to help me go to treatment and get my life back on the right track. To this day, I feel a strong need to repay that gift in kind. What excites me the most, though, is the opportunity and platform for personal growth that sobriety provides. I love the gift that sobriety has given me and want to see everyone struggling with addiction receive the same gift. This is a chronic condition, it doesn’t go away, but you can learn how to use the tools that will keep it in remission."

John I
Director of Alumni | JourneyPure
Clean date: August 3rd, 2014
"My name is John, and I am a person in long-term recovery from substance use. What that means to me is that I have abstained from drugs and alcohol since August 3rd, 2014, and for that, I am truly grateful. I also serve as the Director of Alumni with JourneyPure.""The reason I love working in recovery is because I believe that recovery is possible, in whichever pathway it means for each person. I am a living testament to the possibility of regaining and sustaining a life as a person in recovery. If it’s possible for me, it is possible for anyone."

Andrelia G
Professional Detox Chef | JourneyPure
Clean date: December 7, 2004
"I enjoy helping others to get clean/sober because someone helped me. It's a 'we' thing. It's much easier knowing that there is someone who has 'been there, done that' and is willing to help, than feeling as though you are alone. I enjoy helping others in any way I can, especially in the recovery process. It's a great way to live and actions speak louder than words."
